Biography
Charlie graduated with a degree in geological engineering from the University of British Columbia in 2020. His interests and experience has been with the operations, planning and design of operating and dormant tailings structures in the metallurgical coal, oilsands, and gold mining industries. He also has project management experience for tailings infrastructure projects such as pump installations and pipeline corridors. His recent interests within the tailings industry is the design and safe execution of tailings harvesting schemes for the purpose of backfilling.
