Biography

Steve completed his undergraduate degree with Honours in Civil Engineering at Queen’s University in Kingston in 1971. After working in the heavy construction contracting industry for 15 years, he founded what has become the Sepro Group of Companies. During his tenure at Sepro, he led development of several innovative pieces of mineral processing equipment including Falcon Gravity Concentrators. He also participated in Sepro’s acquisition of several mineral processing-related businesses. Sepro now employs more than 120 people. In addition to serving on Sepro’s Board of Directors, he currently works part time at Sepro, assisting with development of new technologies. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with grandchildren, golfing, fishing, and bicycling.
