Andrés Bolaños Amerling is Executive Director for Cementos Progreso Costa Rica, a role he has held since 2025. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the cement, concrete, and construction materials industry, having spent nearly 20 in progressively senior roles spanning Strategic Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, Non-core Products, and Builders Solutions.
A recognized industry leader, Andrés currently serves as President of the Costa Rican Cement and Concrete Institute and Director at the Costa Rican Construction Chamber.
Andrés holds an MBA with Honors from INCAE Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
