Caroline Violleau graduated from the Université Laval with a degree in materials engineering and metallurgy. With over 20 years of experience in various fields related to metallurgy and mineral processing, she has worked as a metallurgist, contributing to numerous process engineering projects at different study levels. Additionally, she has gained experience in plant start-up support and project management.
Since 2017, Caroline has held management positions in service offerings and business development. In 2023, she joined AtkinsRéalis as Senior Director of Plant Engineering for the mining market. Since 2025, she has been serving as Senior Director of Business Development and Account Management for the Minerals and Metals North America market.
