Dr. Olaf Drusche joined RAG Aktiengesellschaft in June 2025 as part of the Climate and Environmental Protection team, where he focuses on environmental data management and greenhouse gas reduction.
He is a qualified mining and processing engineer with a doctoral degree and also holds an MBA. Over the past 20 years, Olaf has held various roles in companies across the mining and mineral processing sector.
In addition to his work at RAG, Olaf lectures at the Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences in Bochum, Germany, where he teaches in an international master’s programme. His modules include ‘Sustainable Management and Communication’ as well as ‘Controlling, Leadership, and Corporate Governance’.
