Biography
Matt is a Mine Backfill Engineer with over 20 years industry experience. Matt commenced his career as a site backfill engineer before completing a PhD in Mine Backfill geomechanics and then moving into a career in consulting and implementation of mine backfill systems. Matt has published papers in every Minefill symposium since 2007, as well as a number of publications in Category 'A' journals. In addition, mat has been involved in over 100 project, where his role has ranged from Consulting engineer, through to EPC project Director and customer representative.
