Olivier Sanfaçon is a chemical engineer with expertise in process engineering, operations management, and team leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke (2018) and has built his career in innovative industries focused on sustainable technologies.
Olivier began his career as a Process Engineer at Dundee Sustainable Technologies, where he contributed to the design, scale-up, and optimization of processes through pilot plant testing, energy and mass balance analysis, and detailed process documentation. His strong technical foundation and problem-solving abilities led to his promotion as Director of Operations in 2023. In this role, he oversees multidisciplinary teams, manages plant improvements and maintenance, and plays an active part in engineering projects, business development, and strategic planning at the executive level.
