Mike Mayhew founded Mayhew Performance in 2020. He holds a post graduate in Mining Engineering and Project Management. He specializes in Green Energy, Executive Management, Project Management and Battery Electric Vehicles. He was key in developing the first Z40 (40 Tonne Truck) from design to site implementation. He is the only professional to ever complete the full cycle-from concept to design, to operating the units in real production. He was Mine Superintendent at Kirkland Lake Gold Macassa Mine as well as being instrumental in the Integration of the Shaft4 Sinking Project in Kirkland Lake, Ontario Canada. He has over 28 years of surface and underground mining experience with a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional results and executing on target under tight deadlines. Specializing Green Energy, Innovation, Technology, Project Delivery and Execution, he has a wide Network and built Solid Relationships across the mining sector. His clear understanding of Mining Operations, Supply Chain Management In Consulting, Contracting, and Operational Excellence results in a proven track record delivering safe production, on schedule and most importantly on budget.
