For more than 33 years, Ms. Lavoie has acquired solid expertise in management, construction, engineering, operation/maintenance and contract administration for many major projects infrastructure, energy (solar, wind, renewables), smart technologies (Smart Grid, Smart Cities) and setting up Data Centers in North America and Europe. In addition, the completion of the Louis H. Lafontaine Tunnel modernization projects, the reconstruction of infrastructure and the new paddock building – F1 Motor Race were carried out on time and successfully for the most important public and private organizations in the greater region. de Montreal The smart transportation electrification infrastructure component is added to its expertise, including the REM, STM i-Bus for the most important public and private organizations in the greater Montreal area. In addition, she has extensive experience in heavy industrial project operations/exploitation, construction, commissioning/maintenance and operations, project management, planning (Opex, Capex) for different types of projects (PPP, consortium, etc.) cross-disciplinary and of a very complex nature in an exploited environment or a continuous mode of operation. And also, for the realization of major engineering projects and establishment of operating assembly /manufacturing factories line and in management of EPCM projects.
