Presentation Title:
Unlocking Business outcomes through Engagement

Abstract:

The quote "culture eats strategy for breakfast" is famous and well-known across industries. The idea behind it is that no matter how well-designed your strategic plan is, it will fall flat unless your team shares the appropriate culture. This panel will bring together industry stakeholders to discuss how they mesh business outcomes with culture in action in the workplace from various perspectives. They will explore how they unlock value by ensuring the capability and capacity of the people who are charged with executing the plan.

We will also investigate best practices, tips, and tools to ensure there is an appropriate link between business and strategy. Engagement enables employees to actively contribute to achieving business objectives. This panel invites industry leaders to share how they are fostering a culture that aligns with their strategic goals and the outcomes they have achieved, highlighting diverse viewpoints and experiences.
