Richard is the Managing Director of MineFill Services. He leads the business as well as actively working in the Project Implementation division. As a mechanical engineer and project manager he has led the design and construction of over 20 turn-key backfill systems around the world. He brings a solid technical background coupled with a passion for innovation to provide customers with the best solutions in backfill systems.
