Max Luedtke is leading the Business Line Mining within the Process Industries Division, a global organization of more than 1,000 employees spanning across over 20 countries.
Max Luedtke has over 20 years of experience in mining and mineral processing industries. A Swedish national, Max has built his career with ABB over 30 years and across various roles in engineering, project management, sales and senior global management.
Alongside his team, he works to build the electric and automated mine, transforming mining operations to drive a safe, sustainable and profitable future for our customers and ultimately create sustainable progress for the mining industry, as well as the earth it relies on.
Max Luedtke holds a degree in electrical engineering with a specialty on industrial automation from the Institute of Technology of the University of Lund in Sweden, and an MBA in general management from University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Max is also a thought leader in the sustainable transformation of the mining industry, being regularly invited to speak on these topics.
