Stephen Davy is Vice Chair investment banking at Scotiabank. His primary focus is advising metals and mining companies and investors on a wide variety of M&A and capital markets initiatives.
Prior to joining Scotiabank, Mr. Davy was Managing Director, Co-Head of Financial Advisory and Chief Operating Officer at Lazard Canada. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Davy was based in London as Managing Director, Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa Metals & Mining at Credit Suisse.
Mr. Davy has an MBA from the Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from Queen’s University. Mr. Davy is also a CFA Charterholder.
