Biography

Mining engineer with broad contracting background, 30 years of experience underground works, comprising both civils and mining projects in all project phases from feasibility, pre-contract negotiation and tenders, through to award and implementation, followed by post-contract issues and review. Worldwide experience in contracting for mine development and civils tunnelling, including a period spent writing international tunnelling news and articles. Currently managing international strategy and work for contractor Cementation Americas that includes Merit Consultants International who specialise in integrated construction management.
