Brad Frehlich, P.Eng., is the Founder, President & Fall Protection Lead at Axis Engineering, where he specializes in the engineering design, inspection, testing, and analysis of fall protection systems. With more than 10 years of experience in fall protection engineering, Brad has worked extensively with complex systems across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on understanding the physics of falls and how real-world system behaviour impacts worker safety. His technical expertise includes the analysis of highly complex fall protection systems and developing practical engineering solutions for challenging environments.
Brad also serves as Vice Chair of the CSA Z259 Technical Committee, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Canadian fall protection standards. He is passionate about improving worker safety through practical engineering, technical education, and advancing industry best practices.
