Biography

Jessica Charette is a dynamic leader and lifelong northerner from North Bay, Ontario, with over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, partnership development, Indigenous and government relations, and social innovation. She currently serves as Manager of Marketing and Communications at Cementation, following two decades in post-secondary education. Jessica has worked in both public and private sectors, including roles at Northern Honda, Canadore College, and FNTI. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Automotive Marketing from Georgian College and a BBA from Northwood University, along with training in mental health, Indigenous relations, government affairs, and leadership. Jessica is active in her community, serving on boards and committees such as the Ontario Mining Association’s Indigenous Relations Committee and the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce. A proud mother of four, she believes in the power of community to drive meaningful change.
