Dhilmar Éléonore
Jacynthe Lafond is an experienced professional in community relations and corporate social responsibility, with particular expertise in the mining sector. As the External Relations Coordinator at Dhilmar Éléonore since 2013, she has played a key role in the development and implementation of the Opinagow Collaboration Agreement between the Éléonore mine and the Cree Nation.
Her commitment to sustainable development and to fostering harmonious relationships with Indigenous communities also leads her to chair the Community Relations Committee of the Quebec Mining Association. In this role, she contributes to promoting best practices in collaboration between the mining industry and local communities.
With her strong background in project management and environmental mediation, Jacynthe facilitates constructive dialogue between stakeholders, helping to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
