Trace Arlaud is a globally recognized mining executive and board director with more than 30 years of experience transforming the technical viability of mining operations into strategic and financial opportunities. She is a director on four publicly listed international boards: IGO Limited, Imdex Limited, Seabridge Gold and Global Atomic Corporation. A qualified geologist, mining and geotechnical engineer, Arlaud is a sought-after expert in mass-mining operations and project execution. She has consistently delivered operational and project recoveries across multiple continents, unlocking net present value improvements of up to $6.6 billion, with an average increase of $3.1 billion across global mining projects. Arlaud is the founder and CEO of IMB Inc. Her board service reflects her passion for safety, innovation and sustainable impact in mining. She advises on transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestment and operational risk. She is a member of NACD and Canada’s Institute of Corporate Directors.
