Throughout her career, Ebony has worked in industry across mining operations and HSE roles and has advised some of North America's largest mining companies on critical risk management, process safety, decarbonization, climate resilience, integrated operations and operational excellence.
As a former mining operator and current advisor, Ebony believes lasting value is created when safety, environmental stewardship, operational reliability, workforce engagement, social license to operate and business performance are managed as interconnected priorities rather than competing objectives.
