Michelle Tanguay has over 25 years of experience in the resource extraction industry. Her experiences cover a wide range of activities associated with the life-cycle of mining, from: Indigenous and stakeholder engagement; baseline data study design and execution, management of large consulting teams; pre-feasibility and feasibility studies; overseeing and leading assessment and permitting processes in a number of jurisdictions in Canada; negotiation of agreements with Indigenous governments and organizations; environmental management during construction and operations; and, the development of Closure Plans.
