Abstract
The Dumont Nickel Project illustrates how building resilient mines requires collaboration across stakeholders to meet today’s challenges—volatile markets, shifting supply chains, and the urgent need to develop critical mineral supply chains in North America. This presentation will outline a phased approach to mine development that aligns investment with milestones, while highlighting the importance of partnerships with end users, governments, and local communities. Such collaboration is essential to advance projects responsibly, unlock critical support, and position Quebec and Canada at the heart of the EV supply chain.
