Abstract
JPI mine equipment & engineering and SMA consultants have joined forces to generate a unique approach to project evaluation; based on their combined project risk and operational audit expertise. The presentation will provide attendees with an extended set of considerations including toolbox starting points to better tackle the question of concept risk to operational roll out. The collaboration will share approaches, example experiences and novel considerations to enhance the mine project evaluation process; regardless of size or scope, from feasibility through operation, highlighting major opportunities for expenditure reduction and lessening overall risk.
