Abstract
Mine haulage equipment is responsible for half of all diesel emissions in most operations. Biofuels, batteries, and hydrogen are some of the most promising technologies under development, but none of them excel in all applications. Komatsu will discuss how these emerging technologies fit into the future of mining and what we are doing to facilitate the transition to zero emissions by the end of the decade.
