Abstract
The last Super Cycle ended with a price collapse due to the structural changes to the oligopolistic supply while demand remained strong and steady all through the years. The new supply structure emerged from the Super Cycle and the formation of the spot and futures market with great liquidity since the collapse would be the new normal providing a different kind of stability though price volatility should persist.
