Abstract
After more than 25 years in the mining industry and sitting on many different seats at the table, I will share some of my experiences on leadership. I can compare leadership in mining companies, private equity, mining investment banking, and on Boards, as well as discuss how I perceive leadership in the industry is changing to manage future challenges and opportunities.
