Abstract
The operational efficiency of aqueous extractive processes is often hindered by the "slow data" problem—significant delays associated with traditional qualitative analysis. These time lags impact decision-making, leading to increased operating costs and suboptimal equipment performance. Using immediate, actionable data enables process operators to optimize recovery, improve ore extraction rates, and significantly reduce operational costs. Real world data from a DLE lithium pilot project demonstrates the effectiveness or real time data, underscoring its potential to revolutionize the efficiency and economics of aqueous extraction.
