Biography

Bernard Perron is a seasoned project executive with over 30 years of experience delivering more than $10 billion in major capital projects across the energy, petrochemical, and mining sectors. As COO of Nouveau Monde Graphite, he leads the execution of a first-of-its-kind integrated graphite mine and anode material plant in Québec—cornerstones of North America’s emerging battery ecosystem. Previously Senior Vice President at Inter Pipeline Ltd., Bernard oversaw a $4.1 billion petrochemical complex and multi-billion-dollar pipeline expansions. Recognized for building high-performance teams and advancing culture-based safety leadership, he combines deep technical insight with a pragmatic, collaborative approach to execution excellence. Bernard holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a B.Eng. in Materials Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
