Mirco Nolte is Vice President, Project Development & Evaluations at DPM Metals, where he leads the company’s capital project development and technical evaluation activities. Previously, he served as Vice President, Operational Excellence & Technical Services, leading optimization and process automation initiatives across DPM’s operations. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science from Stellenbosch University, as well as an MBA from ESADE Business School.
