Mining projects face constant uncertainty, from permitting challenges to execution risks. DPM Metals applies a disciplined approach to capturing and embedding lessons learned—refined through the successful Ada Tepe project in Bulgaria and current development work at its Coka Rakita project in Serbia and Loma Larga project in Ecuador.
This presentation will trace our project development and execution journey, showing how structured learning translates into practical improvements across project stages and geographies, strengthening predictability and reducing risk.
