Biography

Alp Bora is the Maintenance Director at ACPE Inc, a consulting firm providing leadership, lean management and maintenance management services. Alp Bora is a professional engineer from Canada with 15 years of experience in the mining & metals sectors. He regarded as a subject matter expert in operational excellence and maintenance management. Alp has worked as an operations and maintenance manager, as well as a management consultant, with major mining companies such as Vale, BHP, Rio Tinto, Comilog, Tata Steel, and more. His international experience includes the USA, Canada, Madagascar, Gabon, Ivory Coast, and Turkiye. He is also a member of the board of directors of the PEMAC Asset Management Association of Canada. Born and raised in Turkiye, Alp holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with a specialization in Mining Engineering from McGill University. He currently lives in Montréal, Canada.
