Jennifer Berger is a Regional Business Leader and Professional Geoscientist, with a strong operational and technical background in the Mining Industry. Her experience includes exploration, production and mine geology. Following Jennifer’s technical roles, she transitioned into operations having held roles as a Front Line Supervisor, Mine Superintendent and Mine Manager.
Jennifer joined Stantec 5 years ago as a Managing Leader and she is currently Vice President, Mining, Minerals and Metals responsible for leading and managing a team of >250 staff across Canada. In addition to her functional duties at Stantec, she provides project oversight, advisory services, and sponsorship to project teams. She is also a Board Advisor for the Women In Mining in Sudbury, Ontario, and a Board Member on the Ontario Mining Association.
