Abstract
The full potential of a fully automated site can only be achieved if there is a strong mobilization for an integrated culture in maintenance reliability. To reach this level of mobilization, a site must first be evaluated using STI Maintenance’s specialized approach that distinguishes between 4 separate levels of mobilization. Once established, these mobilization levels are used to determine specific areas of improvement and the strategies needed (including quick wins!) to lead an organization towards a fully integrated maintenance reliability culture and finally, Maintenance 4.0.
