Abstract:
If the last two years have taught us anything, its that being flexible and open to change is a necessity in not only life, but in business. In order to compete, be successful, and further grow, a company is best served to continuously evaluate alternative options and if intrigued enough, pursue them to differentiate themselves in the market. This is often easier said than done as competing interests always bring to focus the short term requirements and “known” solutions rather than changing courses for an “unknown” solution that may provide a competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
In an industry becoming more and more inundated with data and it’s use to drive decisions and optimize operations, this paper will focus on the importance of its most valued asset; people, and how building relationships to address common objectives will drive innovation and lasting partnerships.
