Abstract
The shortage and retention of employees in the mining industry has never been as challenging. Spartakus Technologies, in partnership with Laurentide Controls, launched the Reliability University in 2020 to overcome theses shortages specifically for reliability manpower in Eastern Canada. This program aims at recruiting young and passionate future leaders in the reliability world, train them following a rigorous 3 years plan and mentor them while working in various facilities. While gaining incredible experience, these future leaders helped organizations in eastern Canada make tremendous savings and increase their profitability. We will share how we developed this program, and how it helps the mining industry thrive in Eastern Canada
