Abstract
There are many types of project delivery models, some are commonly used in the mining business, many are not. Risk and ownership of risk is key to selecting an appropriate delivery model. Risks change from time to time so Identifying and understanding risk is very important before reviewing any risk sharing project delivery options. Project Value is retained by having a solid understanding of your delivery outlook and developing an execution plan that best manages project risks.
