Abstract
Complex projects are dynamic environments that require wide range of adaptable tools to deal
with technical, societal and personnel elements. As these elements are changing so should traditional project leadership, organizational and management tools. Some of proposed changes and new tools are:
a) project organizational structure transition from pyramid to circle based (O-Mod)
b) risk definition expansion and introduction of sustainability mode to project-organization cycle (Transustain)
These two changes / additions contain many new elements that can significantly contribute to the success of the projects or organizations.
Complexity of the projects will continue to grow and that requires continuous innovation leading to a development and adoption of new methodologies and tools.
